when it comes to advertise it you must get permission to announce your stream and we will give you the condition in doing such. the best thing to do would be not set a game as this would be the safest option to do. as having a stream of another game people can report you for doing such like playing minecraft but game set to world of warcraft as it can be misleading and or a way to falsely boost you view/follows

i have personally looked into the section and it has been found that some of them are locked due to the time in which they offered (being 24 hours to 48 hours) opon opening the tread for a auction has passed in which the topic has been locked most likely due to user request. other have been locked due to their title being changed to traded in which is a sign people use to say "the Pokemon in this tread has been traded and is not longer able to be traded" in which is why soo many locked topic, if you view the history of the section, (going to page 2 and future) there are still some unlocked topics in which have not been traded or auctioned off.
