After waiting for a queue, I still can´t log in game. And I see a line which is "user is already logged". I think no one know my account except myself. Please tell me a way to solve ít. Thank you so much!!!

This is a server sided issue which is usually caused when you aren't logged out correctly. You will be able to play again after the next server crash/ reboot.
