Have you checked this thread? Email issues

Also what provider are you using for your email? gmail would be reccomended

i dont wanna make a new gmail account just to play this game :<

Adding onto what Sharlank suggested, you could also try to see if you can still log into the game anyway. I've heard of cases where the account was in fact activated after clicking the link, despite the message. (In this thread, for example.)
