What have you done before the problem was there?

I made an account with Gmail. Then clicked the verification link and got the message: "Your account could not be activated. Please re-check the link or contact the system administrator." on an android device.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Tried clicking the link a couple times again after waiting 1 hr. Tried clicking the link on a PC.

Also, I could log onto BLUE server but the game wouldn't let me move once I got to Professor Oak, is that because my account isn't verified yet?

Hi, sometimes a bug can happen where you click on the activation link and it tells you your account hasn't been activated, even though it has been. If you can log into the game, that means that your account is indeed active though.

 

From the sounds of it you got stuck at Professor Oak, which can happen sometimes while interacting with NPCs. To fix this you need to restart the client; upon logging back in you should be free to move again. Sorry about the inconvenience. Good luck!
