What have you done before the problem was there?

I was walking around killing pokemons and went down a ladder And by accident I went up of the ladder aigain and now im stuck in the pixel of the ladder

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Tried to move/disconnect reconnect and yea I mean there's nothing that I cant think of

Can you take a picture of your screen when you log into the game? Use this guide on linking images within forum posts.

 

You said you tried to disconnect/reconnect, did you actually close the client completely and open it up again? Sometimes simply relogging isn't enough and you need to relaunch the client itself.

No I just disconect/reconected and didin't reset the client and when I did reset the client I got unstuck Thanks for the help! :)
