I enter the pokemart and using the elevator to 5th floor and later i stuck there.

Tried to move/disconnect reconnect and any command i can find in google, but nothing works.

Can you take a picture of what your game looks like when you log in to play? If necessary, use this guide on posting images on forums.

 

I know you said you disconnected and reconnected, but have you actually closed the client and restarted it? Sometimes you need to fully relaunch the client in order to get unstuck.
