Bad suggestion, it isn't fair on players who just use chat to talk. For example I have plenty of conversations in all chat and I spend a lot of time in help chat. If the 10 second slowmode was added then players wouldn't be able to have normal conversations anymore. Maybe a slowmode to the trade channel would be useful but for the rest of chat this would be a bad idea. :n:

There is a reason why we have the staff in game. Trade moderators moderating trade channel, GM/CCs moderating the others. (occasionally, trade moderators keep an eye on the other chats as well).
