We won the medal of Vermilion city and went toward Lavanter town (I do not remember how to write), only it has a snorlax preventing passed on Route 12, how to solve this task and clear the way?

Make sure you have HM05 Flash (its on the opposite side of Digglet Cave, need 10 caught Pokemon). Make your way back to cerulean and exit the city to the right and follow that route to Rock Tunnel, which will take you to Lavender.
