Blarrg Posted July 19, 2016 Share Posted July 19, 2016 Make sure you have HM05 Flash (its on the opposite side of Digglet Cave, need 10 caught Pokemon). Make your way back to cerulean and exit the city to the right and follow that route to Rock Tunnel, which will take you to Lavender.
