Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes

On which server issue happened: RED

 

What have you done before the problem was there?

I launched last client and all was okay.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Open again the new client.

 

Description and Message

Hello. I opened PRO and I had to download the new client update because mine was outdated (it worked). But the new client shows me an error (PRO64_95_42.exe)

It says Windows has no permissions to access the file, basically... what can I do? Last client worked perfectly D:

Try to run it as administrator (right-click option).

 

Did you delete all of the previous files?

Also, did you make sure that you exported the entire download?

Yep. I deleted old files and copy&paste the whole .rar

Also, as Admin does not work :Frown:

Yep. I deleted old files and copy&paste the whole .rar

Also, as Admin does not work :Frown:

 

Try to delete it completely again, re-download it from the downloads link, and export it into a new folder.

I am having the same error I'm using the 64bit version on windows 8.1 and I also tried the 32bit version, and yes I ran as administrator and used the newest client in a diferent folder.

 

EDIT: I figured it out, the issue is coming from the firewall or the anti-virus. So disable your anti-virus when you are launching PRO or add the .exe to your anti-viru's exeptions list.
