i'am animator i suggested to remake pokemons , attacks and graphics in the game

i loved the game so i want to make it much better

Ohhhh now we get what you meant ^^

Unluckily graphic revamps are done by the Staff exclusively, if you think you can contribute in someway you can start by opening a gallery with some of your works here: Creativity Zone, but at the moment you can't apply for a Staff (Artist in your case) position :) if your works are really good, be sure that you'll be noticed though :)

Have you tried looking at the FAQs? or this guide ? Also can you provide more details, like what server are you playing on, which windows version are you running? :)
