On which server issue happened: BLUE

 

What have you done before the problem was there?

talk to the NPC at Lavaridge Mart for learning dark pulse

 

as the data from wiki it can learn

 

and the choice about cancel learning "On second thought, no." don't work (same as the choice to the Yes)
