Unluckily you can't erase your progress, however you can create up to 2 accounts with the same email or 4 using different emails :)

Can the staff disable, delete, or reset my account?

We will not. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address, but the staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason.
