And in a hut near the tower there is a NPC that asks to find a girl named Britney, you can tell me where I find her? And the issue of police celadon, ran the city of celadon whole but found nothing related, how to solve these two issues? Thank you guys. Soulvaki Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 To go into Pokemon tower, you must go beat celadon first. Go west of lavender to route 8 and take the underground tunnel to Celadon.
