Okay let me explain and hope you can see the point. First let look at the picture of pokemon size:

The picture shows the viewing of your point, right? Sadly in PRO, the eye viewing go up rather than that eye view. As a result, you see Charizard look think and smaller, Blastoise look fat and shorter, while Ninetails with the tails (almost impact by his tails) make him look more bigger.
