What have you done before the problem was there?

paid USD 5 twice with paypal, thats usd 10 which should give me 200 coins

i relogged a few times and i only got 100 coins which i immediately spent for a shiny mount

so i paid usd 10 as mentioned, and i got 100 coins from the first payment only, tried to relog and the server went down, and when its online again i log in, just to find out that the coin balance is still 0 (cuz i used the 100 coins i got from the first usd5 payment the server went down to buy a shiny mount). now its still not there. PLease give me that 100 coins back

Sometimes the coin can take 24 hours for updated. After that, you can post in here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=71 with your evidence. Sorry for your inconvenient.

I suggest you to report it here Have you tried waiting? 24 hours is the maximum duration of which the coins successfully arrive in your account. However, if you're able to provide the evidence of your transaction (e.g. screenshot of your receipt, etc), you'll surely get your 100 coins if you haven't gotten them.
