What have you done before the problem was there?

I beated elite 4 and gary (kanto).

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried relogging but didnt worked, all progress lost.

 

Description and Message

I beated all elite 4 and gary with lv60+ pokemons. Wasted more than 3h and 80k gold to do so (ok i was rushing), i reach gary and i beat him, then my game froze and stop working and then crashed. I relogged and all my progress of gary battle was lost, i was with 5 fainted pokemons and 1 alive (the same i used to beat gary on the last battle). I talked to the npc and the battle started all over again, resulting in a blackout. Im gonna need to do all over again? Really?

Hi, I know you don't want hear that. But the crashed cannot do anything further. Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. I am so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
