Hello. I just downloaded the game today, made an account, verified it and opened the game so I could play. However, I am getting the "can not connect to the server" error. I have restarted the game many times and waited several hours. The servers are up as you can see players online in the server status links in the IRC. I get that message trying to connect to any of the 3 servers. I really don't know what to do.

Hey there, Pangeo2001. You can try a handful of different things.

 

1. Try restarting your computer.

2. Try resetting your router.

3. Try disabling your firewall.

 

As you mentioned, the servers are up and running, so this is currently an issue on your end.

Turns out that my antivirus was blocking it without saying anything. It only did say it was blocking it after the restart.
