Ysae Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 Example on Route 13 Krabby, Psyduck, and Tentacool all available in both surfing and fishing, but they have no rod to show they can be gotten in both types. Thor Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 the reason some have fishing icons is because they are obtainable by fishing ONLY. Pokemon without are able to be surfed or fished.
