I've read/watch lots and lots of manga/anime respectively and my top 3 based on different aspects for both would be:

 

Manga: 1. One Piece, 2. Shingeki no Kyojin, 3. Magi/Nanatsu no Taizai (very close).

Anime: 1. Guilty Crown, 2. Steins;Gate, 3. Kyōkai no Kanata.

i think it's ironic how you say "it's pretty boring to watch always the same" yet you have naruto & one piece listed as some of your favorite anime. when not only do they just dump the same repetitive garbage over, & over but they might as well be the same anime lol

1. Sword art online (everyone would love that lifestyle!)

2. Guts (An animated series featuring a man who fears nothing and even death itself is afraid of him)

3. Planet of the beast king.

 

I can't just choose 1 or 5 or even 10. There are so many animes that provide amazing story lines or incredible art and ideas towards different lives.

 

I wish I could be in an anime.

My absolute favourite is Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (I absolutely adore everything Hiromu Arakawa writes to be honest), but my other favourites would be Kimi to Boku, Tsuritama, Hunter x Hunter (2011), and Samurai Flamenco!

I have a ton of anime I like, but I can't say I have a favorite.

 

However.

 

I'm hoping this winter that Muv-Luv : Schwarzesmarken will finally take the place as my favorite anime. Considering I've completed all of the Muv-Luv series VN's and I have to say. I'm REALLY looking forward to Schwarzesmarken. From what I've read of it's Light Novel so far, it... is... amazing.
