What have you done before the problem was there? I used to play this game a few month ago, then stopped for approximately 2 month. I just downloaded the new client today (95_42)

 

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?: Tried all my e-mail address and passwords, I'm sure I typed it well. Also tried to reset my password on the website, but I can't.

 

 

Description and Message: I can't log anymore ! I have a message "invalid username or password". I tried to reset my password but my account seem to be unknown, I have a message "invalid username or email". It's the same problem as this guy /viewtopic.php?t=27796 and the admin just told him to PM his username to look. Thanks for your help !

Unfortunately they made an "Account Deletion" process to clear those inactive players.
