so i just downloaded PRO for windows (32 bit) and got this zip folder, with a folder named PRO32_95_4_Data and an application named exactly the same but .exe which I suppose is normal. Thing is, when I try to open the application it says "There should be 'PRO32_95_4_Data' folder next to the executable" how do I fix this? theres the exact folder right next to it.

The game can no be launched from the zip folder. You need to extract the files in order to play.
