The only solution for this is to wait for a server reboot, sorry.

Thank you for your report. Unfortunately this is a known bug.

 

As Alex pointed out, you will need to wait patiently until the Red Server is rebooted before you will be able to play again there. In the meantime, you are able to play on the other servers if you choose to do so.
