That is, if a pokemon is equall (nature, gender, IVS, EVS) a bulbasaur 100 have the same statistics that a ivysaur or a venusaur? Look here https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/all The total stat is 318, 405 and 625. However if you delay your evo but still evo it at lv100, it will keep the same stat without harm.
