Hi sir, i can't log in to the server due to some issues. it says that my account has been ban by the server. but when i login it here on your website it says. This Account is not banned :)

The internet protocol address of the connection you are connected to login with may have been banned from access to the game's server. If you are using any proxies or a virtual private network, I recommend you close them and use your actual internet connection. If not, you may want to appeal in the Discipline Appeals Board with the IP you have been trying to connect to the game with.
