Oddish won't learn Moonblast

Hello there. I've got a problem with my Oddish. I levelled her up to 43 in order to get Moonblast, but now she isn't even attempting to learn it.

I've tried via Move Relearner, but it doesn't work either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

EDIT: It's not an Oddish-only issue. None of my Pokémon will prompt the move forgetting window when trying to learn a move with their 4 slots full.

About Moonblast move, almost fairy move not updated yet in moveset of pokemon in PRO (some updated and some not), it will be updated in the future. No estimate time by the way.
