Lost Jirachi due to server crash

Hey so the server crashed as I was trying to catch Jirachi tonight.

Was in the middle of the battle when it froze, and when I returned after crash he was no longer in front of me, nor in my box or seen as caught in my pokedex.

Is it possible to reset this for me? This is rather frustrating knowing I can't complete the Hoenn dex.

You can defeat the Nikola boss at Trainers Valley to get a second chance at catching Jirachi. Good luck!
