Because he said there is no better name. Don't know what to do now. She could either create another account using either Hotmail/ Gmail/ Yahoo (as these are the providers that work the best for PRO,) or she might have to wait the 7 days. Remember, "you are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person." So if she wanted, she could play on a separate account for a week then swap over after. So she can only wait for this long week?? :Shocked: Yes, she'll have to wait 7 days for the username to be removed from the database, or she can play on an alternate account in the meantime, as was suggested. Sorry about the inconvenience - make sure to use Gmail as the email provider next time so that she'll receive the confirmation email properly.
