pls help me. I dont know how to make a new topics. Sorry if i comment on your post. I cant loging in my pokemon. I have play and do nothing before. When i try relog. Server said my account is banned from PRO, but i have check my account in this web. My account isnt banned .. What should i do ? I have tried 3 times. Uninstall and intall again. Pls help.

Did you use IP proxy or something?

Are you playing on a public IP address (cybercafe, school, library, etc)? If so, sometimes the system will register that as a banned IP address and block you from entering the game. If not, I recommend trying to reset your IP address and seeing if you can login after that. Let me know how it goes.
