I looked up some guides and I did everything they told me to do but I still cant get the the reward from scientist rey or the gs ball back from the scientist in ruins of alph. It's not related and not required in order to get Celebi though. Celebi requires at least 121 evolutions. I didn't think you needed the evolutions to get the gs ball I thought you only needed the evolution to get to where celebi is.
