As Qhinn has said, this is perfectly fine.

You may also advertise your stream in the Youtube & Twitch area of forums - and only every 30 minutes in the All channel when in-game.

You may also hold giveaways, if you please - however make sure these are well advertised and/or you keep proof for your own records.
