Hello, I could need some guidence on how to fix a problem.

 

When i try to connect to my account on the Yellow server i click log in and its loading and authenticating but then nothing happens and i can click log in again.

 

This only happens on the Yellow server since i can login on the Blue Server.

 

Any ideas?

The server could've been experiencing some problems whilst you were trying to log in. Try restarting your client a few times and hopefully you will be able to join.

Greetings, apparently you met some troubles concerning bandwidth. There's pretty much nothing we can do in that case, I advise to keep trying. Restarting the client or downloading another client could help. The guide Nathan posted might be interesting for you.

 

I also put in a status checker for you: https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/ To check whether the servers are filled or not.

Thanks for the reply, i will sure try to download some other client. What other client you suggest? You mean 32 bit or a older version?

No, an older version won't help. I recommend restarting your client and trying again, you will login eventually.
