In order to get to Resort Gorgeous, you'll need to surf from the top left corner of Five Island up into Chrono Chross. Then you'll want to follow the path upwards. You should reach Resort Gorgeous shortly afterwards.

To reach Sevault Canyon, you'll need to start from Seven Island. Head south on the dock into the Canyon Entrance, then follow the path east and all the way down. Sevault Canyon will be the next route you reach.
