I would like to share that I am having an interesting situation, despite having an activated account and being 100% sure of the password that and username that I am putting in the game. I am getting: invalid username or password error. This is specially frustrating because since the availability of slots to play are such a rare treat lately, being faced with this situation when there are empty slots it is really frustrating to see you can't enjoy that slot because of this weird issue.

So I am assuming none other has this problem?

Neltharion, yes I still present the problem. twice now I have been able to log in the client and after a few seconds I get the message invalid username or password despite resetting it to something else and being sure I input the right password.

I have done a few more attempts and I am still experiencing this problem. I wonder if there is a solution I can perform

If your password has upper case letters, try typing them in in lower case.

Example : pasSWord =/= password

OK here is how I resolved it:

 

1. Deleted game client

2. Reset password

3. Downloaded client again

4. Log in details

5. Profit

 

I was using the option remember password, my theory is somehow the old password was bugged into always being put in and despite the new password being manually typed it was still not going through.
