PRO Freezes, Then Crashes

Featured Replies

PRO crashes every few minutes of gameplay. So basically, here's what happens: I run PRO > I play for a few minutes > PRO suddenly freezes for a few seconds > PRO crashes and a pop up comes up saying that PRO crash.

I have a feeling that this happens to others to since this thread about a fix exists: [You are not allowed to post links as a new user. You will need little more posts to post links.]

Here are my laptop's specs:

OS: Win10

Processor: Intel Core i7-5500U @ 2.40GHz (4CPUs)

RAM: 8

DirectX: 12

GPUs: Intel HD Graphics 5500 (display), Radeon R7 M265 (render)

I live in the Philippines.

I don't know why this happen. I've tried the fix (link above, if you see) , but it doesn't work.

I also don't know how this happens.
