You need to confirm before releasing a pokemon, you'll have a box when it will show you clearly the specie you are about to release + it level. If you still clicked yes then i think staff can't do something for you sorry...

I know that but I wasn't looking when I delete it i was just drag the one I need to delete and just click yes,I know I was careless,I learned my lesson.hopefully the staff can help me out i really appreciate it.

I think they can help you if you manage to screenshot the ID# of the pkmn you release, not sure though
