Unfortunately staff do not offer the option to reset your progress. Instead you can either start again on another server or create a new account to play on. Remember: You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person. Sorry, we don't reset accounts, as we did for no one else. It would open Pandora's box if we started doing so all of a sudden. Sorry for your inconvenience, best regards.
