When my shroomish was in level 45, I didn't learn spore move. Now i want to relearn it but unfortunately I couldn't find spore move in any move relearner. Is that bug? Please help me find a solution!!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Yes, the move re-learner occasionally does get bugged.

 

What I would suggest is to try re-learning a different move instead (Growth), and then try again and see if you're able to learn Spore.
