Judging by the join date of your username, I can see that you've been around PRO for a while.

 

Is "karine28" the account that you're looking to recover?

 

If it is, and you know the password, then all you have to do is select the "Red" server to recover your old progress. The client defaults to the "Yellow" server when you download the game, so you will switch it there.
