There aren't any move tutors for it though; the only way to get it is by leveling up/ egg moves/ the move relearner. You can also check the Announcements board for announcement posts in general. We can't give you an ETA on when moves will be added, unfortunately, so you'll have to be patient and keep checking back for updates in the meantime.
