I know we a have pvp ranked system but there is a lot of people that would love to just battle for fun or to test teams without the fear of dropping points in ranked. I know there is a battle channel but hardly anyone wants a battle there and it's not easy finding someone to battle with.

 

Yes there are some of us who would rather battle than hunt for Pokemon. Adding an option for us to randomly search for a friendly battle would make the game that much more fun for us battle enthusiasts.

First of all i like the idea. But here is a reason i know from other games, why u have to be super careful with a 2nd queue.

The server is at peak times full with max 1800 players. So there are many players who cant do pvp, then there are many players which dont even want to pvp.

Then Pvp-Players might be in match already or doing other stuff.

With a 2nd queue u split these players who want to pvp at same time like your potential opponent and it might take even longer to find a match.

I dont have the actual numbers about, that just knows staff. But i think it might be difficult to implement.

 

My suggestion is u look out for an active guild, which has some people who like to pvp and test some stuff out. There u have better options to find an opponent for fun pvp-matches. Even severals in a row if u both like to.:)

Thats how i do it if i wanna test a new team or have some pokes which i wanna test before taking them into ranked. xd
