I searched several locations and not found , now , I'm here for more than four hours to catch a Dratini , I'm dragon den , with a super rod, and incredible as it may seem , I not got Dratini any, my doubts is necessary to make some quest to catch the Dratini in the fishery ?

I do not, ask the administration takes a look at my case , or look at the rates of Johto > Dragon Den > Dratini 4 hours to catch a poke ? This is crazy .

It's pretty rare, i went hours without seeing one and caught 2 within 10mins so rng is a bitch sometimes

You're just getting really unlucky. Like another user said, you can go hours without getting one then you can get a bunch in a short period of time after. It's purely luck based.

It took me 3 straight days of fishing to get a dratini that wasn't even good, its just really rare and u gotta work for it because its a MMO :kiss:

If you have membership you can also try to find it via surf in love island though i doubt it's any easier to find there.

It's listed as Extremely Rare, which is the lowest encounter rate in the game, on the Public Mhoshi Spawn Rarity Guide.

 

I would guess it's something like a 1/500 to 1/1000 encounter rate in the areas it can be found. Have fun with that....

As the other posters have already said, Dratini is a rare spawn. As you can see from this list of Pokemon rarity classifications, Dratini is classified under the rarest tier, "Extremely Rare." It's a powerful and popular Pokemon, thus it won't be easy to obtain. You'll have to be patient and keep looking.
