Hi there, the system will deleted any account not confirm email yet after 7 days. Hope it can help you and I recommend using gmail for best result.

Yeahh this is my new account. I couldnt change team on my other and i was on this. Really could use help in changing my email before it gets deleted...

Yes it is however this account is my primary account for Pokemon Trainer club

Mmm, I think we have some misunderstood here. Here is forum of Pokemon Evolution Online (PRO), not pokemon GO.... For the problem in GO, you can submit support ticket to Niantic asking for a gmail change in here https://support.pokemongo.nianticlabs.com/hc/en-us
