so I quit the game and re enter

then I can't connect to the server

sometime it said that the server is full

I'm having the exact same issue, and I'm on a mac. Any help would be great.

Mostly likely the server was full at the time, or possibly crashed. Staff and Test server, as the name suggests are for staff only, meaning that you will only have access to PRO Staff, keep trying, you'll eventually get in.
