What have you done before the problem was there?

I don't know , I just catch Scyther in the afternoon then I logged out . In the afternoon ,I logged in game and I can't believe my eyes , I lost all Poke$ , Pokemon Lv100 , Rare Candy , Mount , and Skin . My account was almost lost all clean . I tried reset several times , but It's still was . :Frown:

Hmm, its weird. Maybe someone else logged in with your password.

 

Do u lost everything, so every poke, item, etc, nth left?

Might be a bug of course, but here u really need help by staff.^^

Hi there, can you post a screenshot of your account when you log into the game now, and a screenshot of how your account looked earlier (if you have one saved)? Here's a guide on uploading images within forum posts.

 

Please also double check that your login information (username, password) is correct, as you may also be logging into an alternate account rather than your main account.

But I don't have screenshot at the time that I still have my items and I did everything possible , I checked my account in last evening still morning
