Hi there, TheGeekyGamer. I'm sorry to hear this happened. Unfortunately, as you said, we won't be able to offer a refund in this case. As per PRO rules:

 

"3. Account sharing is not recommended, however if you share the account with someone they must also agree to the Terms and Conditions, and they become your responsibility for any actions which violate the Terms of Service."

 

In the future, I would recommend taking steps as necessary in order to make sure your brother can't access your account and prank you again (change your password, uncheck "Remember Password" on the client login screen, etc).

 

The good news is that the items you're referring to are still tradable, so you can try to sell them in Trade Chat or via the Trade subforums, then use that money to purchase the items you want instead.

 

Again, I'm truly sorry about the inconvenience. Hopefully you'll still be able to acquire the items you originally wanted and prevent your brother from accessing your game again.
