EV training is possible however IVs are random and aren't influenced by any other factors like breeding as breeding isn't in the game.

All three servers are the same and have the same spawns so it doesn't matter which server you chose. I personally recommend Red as it seems to be the most popular however it's completely up to you. Good luck!

You can Ev train, there are numerous guides on the forums of locations for Ev specific locations in each region, look up 'Ev training' in the search and you should understand. c:

ok no breeding so will i be able to re catch starters and is there 3rd genaration starters available ? i noticed there are mega evolutions too

Yep you can catch starter Pokemon in the wild, they are very rare though. As for Mega-Evolutions, they aren't coded correctly yet.

i think yellow its good for newbie..because in red the server there are too much player..and its overload..u need to queue about 500 player at peaktime..

I would personally join Red, but I always join the most populated server.
