Whenever i try to open the game it says invalid directory name

Might I can help, at least I tried.

Has your exe the same name as you folder?

 

With the current patch it should be:

Folder: "PRO64_95_45_Data

EXE: "PRO64_95_45"

 

I dont know if you had the 32 bit version, but then its just at the beginning PRO32 instead of PRO64. ;D

 

When my post wasn't useful, pls send a screen of the error. That make it easier to understand. ;D

My folder is called PRO64_95_42_data

Game is called PRO64_95_42

the error says C:Users/user/Downloads/PRO6495_42/PRO64_95_42.exe

The directory name is invalid.

No, I don't think you're stupid and click on the folder. ;D

I just meant that you don't extract the zipfile maybe.

Create a new folder called PRO and drag the content from downloaded zip file it via 7z and open the exe. It works for everyone, it should work for you.
