Unfortunately staff will not reset your account. If you want to keep the same name you could play on a different server.

I have seen they did reset another player's account previously.

To follow up my request, I happen to like the present server I am on, and I didn't want to go to another server on the same account. I would appreciate any consideration to my request. Thank you.

That's the staff discretion if there an actual prioritized reason to reset your account. They won't do it by an actual request of the user who owns the account. (Take a look at the FAQ if you haven't done so..)

 

If anyone told you that, honestly it's false as far as I know.

Not the place to appeal. Go to the Discipline Appeal Board and make a topic in regard to your account.
