Hi all i receive the mega stone for blastoiser. But i havent got idea of who use it. Can someone explain me who use it? thx

mega evolutions not yet in game for players, but they will be in future maybe u will get mega ring in any of next regions - prob*(hoenn/kalos)

I started with pikachu and if you talk with the scientist in Oak's Lab after gain all medals from Kanto he'll give you the special item for pikachu which doubles its atk and satk (I don't remember the name of the item).

 

The probem is that I evolved pikachu to raichu and the item doesn't work on it. I catched a new pikachu and gave the item to it.
